Role: To identify online resumes of candidates who presently live in US (such as US Citizens, Green card holders, H1B visa holders, Canadian citizens)- To perform phone interview of the candidates with required IT skills.- To negotiate salaries of the candidates.- To schedule client interview and perform Reference checks. Desired candidates: Any graduate- Willing to work in night shift- Excellent communication skills- Internet savvy
